A 90-minute, hands-on workshop to help you move from overwhelm into grounded, embodied presence for yourself and your kids.
Because regulation and connection aren’t things you give to your children they’re states you can rediscover within yourself.
There are moments when your child’s meltdown meets your own exhaustion — when even your best intentions can’t find their way through the noise. You take a breath, but it doesn’t land. You love deeply, yet you still feel disconnected.
And when so much of your energy goes toward caring for everyone else, the thought of prioritizing your health — your rest, your body, your regulation — can feel like one more thing to manage. But the truth is, your well-being isn’t separate from theirs. The more you tend to your own nervous system, the more capacity you create for connection, empathy, and presence with your kids.
This workshop is a space to understand why that happens and how to come back to regulation, repair, and connection — within yourself first, and then with your child.

Why your toughest parenting moments are physiological, not personal failings.
The Nervous System Thermometer — Green, Yellow, Red — and how to guide yourself (and your child) back to Green.
How to spot your early Yellow-zone cues (the clenched jaw, racing chest, buzzing) before reactivity takes over.
The Intentional Pause — a 60-second nervous system reset pairing breath and mantra.
Co-regulation skills so your nervous system can become your child’s “cool bath.”
Simple, embodied tools to help facilitate regulation and deepen emotional connection in your home.
